Absolutely love this swing! The VINGLI heavy-duty patio swing is everything I was hoping for. It feels incredibly sturdy and secure—holds up to 880 lbs with no problem, which gives peace of mind when multiple people are using it. Assembly was straightforward, all parts were clearly labeled, and the instructions were easy to follow.It looks fantastic on my porch and adds the perfect relaxing vibe. The frame feels durable and weather-resistant, and the seating is comfortable enough to enjoy for hours. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a strong, stylish swing that will last.

When unpacking, make sure all the parts are removed from the large shipping box. It is important to make sure left and right parts are identified. Do not fully tighten the bolts until the unit is assembled prior to attaching chains. The two sets of chains are in two separate packages. There are no extra parts (nicely labeled) so care is required. Though tools are included, the screwdriver head did not fit the to tighten bolts. .Have a Philips head screwdriver handy..

Put it together last week and just hung it up today. I love it!! Definitely worth springing for the XL if you’re getting the four foot—the cup holders are a CLUTCH addition and obviously it’s nice to have more seat room and back room. No problems putting it together, and the instructions were good. I just couldn’t figure out how the two extra springs should work (available on XL only)—they had open-ended ends, so wouldn’t they slide off the ceiling anchor if you swung too hard? I didn’t want to chance it, and just hung the swing by the chain (which is what everyone else is is doing, because the other variants don’t come with springs).

The item arrived with numerous scratches and bare wood showing in several places. It had some cracks in the wood as well. The issues were largely cosmetic. I did not want to try to shoe horn everything back in the box for a return as it would be time consuming. The package is also quite large and heavy. I touched up the bare wood with tung oil for weather proofing, assembled it, and am using the swing chair. It still doesn’t look quite right. I like it well enough for its functionality but remain dissatisfied with the poor quality control. The box and shipping packaging materials were in good shape. I believe the quality issues were likely present before shipping. I contacted the manufacturer and sent them the Amazon order info. They advised me they could not do anything and I should contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon customer service which is automated and menu driven. I could not get anywhere through that route and don’t care to spend anymore time on this. Just calling it like I see it. Poor quality control and zero customer support after the sale. Very disappointing.6/18/25 update: After emailing back and forth with the manufacturer, they eventually sent a replacement swing chair. I really don’t need two of them and the original one was already assembled and in use. I will just sell the newly arrived unassembled chair which will offset part of the original cost of the swing chair. While I would have preferred a partial refund for convenience, I am satisfied with the outcome and updated the rating to 4 stars accordingly. Good customer service recovery. Overall the chair is very nice looking and functional.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Beautiful natural wood color and not at all hard to put together. I put it together by myself and even hung it by myself.Thickness:It is not cheaply made and has already survived several rough storms here in the south.

Will add a coat of poly urethane as not all areas seem to be well coated, missing 2 bolts nuts and washers one hole in front board is cracked from bolt edge all the way to end of board. I will fill and sand and coat It. Hope it holds up because of where this is located. We have not hung it because missing parts and it needs another coat of something to waterproof it. Parts of wood do not look like they got a good coat of sealant.

This swing was great! Not a whole lot of work to get up and swinging and the wooden seat and back were just what we expected. If you are using this for a metal frame to replace another swing, it does not come with the top clamps but otherwise, it's great!

We've had this swing up a little over a month as it was a Mother's Day gift. It's not in the sun it's under an awing. It's out of the weather. The paint is already coming off.
