UPDATE: Amazing Customer Service AND a high quality napkin! I ordered a 3rd set (of 60) napkins and was disappointed when no tracking displayed on the USPS tracking site, just before Christmas. I thought they were never shipped. Wrong, USPS stopped updating through the holidays. I, (not knowing USPS was at fault), complained to the seller, thinking they’d held the order. Then, I received the package and noticed that USPS STILL HAD NOT UPDATED!2 days later, I received a replacement order, priority 3 day mail! Now THAT’S customer service!In the meantime, I’d ordered another 100% Cotton Napkin. It arrived quickly, but I immediately noticed that it was significantly thinner, despite having many 5 star reviews. Although well made, it just wasn’t as thick as the ones from this seller. I discovered that my original napkins from this seller are made for commercial laundry “abuse”. Because they are “Industrial Strength” napkins, they MUST be much thicker!Needless to say, I now understand why these are a dream to embroider. Thick, high quality, and will last for decades of “home” use! Truly the BEST 100% Cotton Napkin on Amazon.Thank You, GroKo!!!———————Original Review: These are very good 100% Cotton napkins. I specifically searched a long time on Amazon, (and other sites), for bulk quantities of “formal” size, heavier weight, COTTON (not Polyester) napkins suitable for Embroidery. I purchased the smallest quantity possible, 60, for testing, because there were no reviews for them. This is the first.I pre-washed about 1/2 of them to test for shape and shrinkage. About (18) shrunk by only 0.5”, and (12) shrunk approximately 1”. The remaining (4) were not square and shrunk along the bias. Nevertheless, because of a very cost effective value, I consider those 4 merely kitchen grade “towels”, and I will not use them for Embroidery. Because these are natural fiber napkins, there will be a few “wild” ones. (In the pre-washed bulk pack, they are ALL uniform, with a finished, square, size of 20”x20”.)Yes, they will require ironing as they will wrinkle. (They are 100% Cotton!) If you want wrinkle free, then look to a Polyester or Poly/Cotton blend napkin. This supplier offers a Polyester napkin option as well.The finished edges are very well crafted and stitched. As plain napkins, they are very good quality, (with a few rejects as noted above).No, these are not Linen quality napkins. But, they 1/10 the cost of Linen, and almost as good. I will definitely be ordering again as I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of these napkins. They take light or heavy starch well, and starching greatly enhances the “formal” look of this napkin. (The Embroidery patterns are from Sonia Showalter Designs.)

I love the way both the colorful and white napkins look at functions. Now I can add it to my own DIY event. This is for sure the best and easiest way for me to create an event! Groko Textiles has everything I needed to create my own event!
