The MD Anderson Manual of Medical Oncology, Fourth Edition 4th Edition

I am a Hem/Onc fellow, and I found this textbook the one I was looking for. It is comprehensive, well written in an organized way, and has good print (can write & highlight without printing through the papers). strongly recommend for Med Onc Fellows.

Well thought out text by the world class team at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Lays the foundation to modern molecular & genetic oncology and strikes the right balance in reviewing major topics the clinician wiki see in their lifetime, giving the MDAnderson Cancer Center Approach to Oncolgy, and rightfully so as they developed many of the modern approaches to clinical Caner treatment. Unfortunately the company that runs web site, McGraw-Hill doesn’t tell you it will be another $300-$700 dollars a year to access online updates & chapters. For some reason they have never been as transparent as Elsevier & their on line reader platform. The book is 5+ but just have to have it with you to be useful or pay extra dough for access to parts of book online. I never got any satisfaction with online help.After several minutes the young women came back on the line & informed me of the additional oncology subscription I would have to pay.
