I waited to write this review to make sure they didn’t irritate my ears. After 3 weeks they are still in and no irritation! I have now also put a pair in my daughters ears and she has SUPER sensitive ears with Nickel sensitivity in 1, and these haven’t irritated her at all since the 2wks she’s had them. There are soooo many to chose from! Some a bit bigger than I prefer, but cute still. I LOVE the flat back style! Especially for my cartilage piercing. Definitely would buy again ♥️ Only issue, which doesn’t take away from using these is not every earring piece unscrews from the same spot. Most unscrew from the flat back piece, but others unscrew from the decorative front. Hard to remember which spot to hold more firmly when it’s time to take them out....

I absolutely love these. There were a couple I couldn't get the backs off, but I'm not too worried about that. Took me a while to get comfortable screwing them in, but once I got it it was pretty easy. I use my dominant hand to reach over my head to screw the backs on both earrings. Almost every earring I have worn in the past year has made my piercings react. Since I kind of gave up on earrings, my piercings almost sealed up. I got these for 24/7 wear. My ears haven't reacted once, and I wear them in for almost weeks at a time. I have suggested these to friends and plan on buying them again.

Purchased these with my granddaughter in mind. She just got her ears pierced and they looked like the perfect earrings for her to use when it was time to change the original piercing pair. Also liked the idea of the screw back. I decided to keep a pair or two for myself. My ears were pierced over 50 years ago and every once in a while, even though I routinely use an antibiotic cream , they would give me problems. These earrings were perfect to leave in and allow my ears the opportunity to heal. Very happy with my purchase.

Cute and many to choose from however they caused my ears to get super hot and i had to take them out :(

I did receive all 18 pair as described. They all unscrew so that they can be worn. The threaded backs on the majority did make it challenging to insert them into my tragus piercing and also to make sure they were threaded correctly and tightened down all the way. I've lost 4 earrings to masks in recent qeeks so I'm hopeful these earrings will hold me over until I can safely go into a shop for replacements with thinner backs.
