This was a tough purchase and I explored many options but decided on buying from this company. I needed a Dot Peen machine to make steel equipment tags for our engineer certified steel containers made in North America.Hands down the best experience of anything I’ve ever purchased in my life.Immediately after purchase I received a message from Aria who provided tracking (took a week) to receive. Also, they walked me through the process on how to use. Then, I shared one of several files I needed to engrave and they sent me a video of the machine using my file to make a sample, then they sent me the file.I received the equipment in perfect condition packed in a wooden crate.It powered up and appears to work perfectly with English touch screen display and a properly written instruction manual that’s easy to understand.Once I have my tags to print next week I will follow up this review with a demonstration.They have taken the time to speak with me daily with questions and again - this has been the best buying experience I’ve ever made.I feel like I’ve made a new friend and the 24/7 support is on another level.Five stars all the way!
