I've bought this item before and been very happy with them, they were exactly as described, comfortable and invisible. Unfortunately Calvin Klein have now added a couple of thick labels to the back seam which, as I have sensory disorder, has made them less comfortable and invisible through my clothes. They are also impossible to remove without splitting the seam. This is the only reason for the 4 stars, not 5
