Perfect in every aspects! After I customized one, I am not hesitate to customized another one. Originally, I ordered this pendant and customized it for my mom. I have a very old picture, which back then, the camera resolution is not that high, so, quality of the picture is not that good. I am pretty concern before I placed the order. However, I decided to give it a try. I have been looking for a customized locket charm with pendant for a long time. However, price is way unaffordable and worry about the outcome. Most of the time, customize product is not refundable in every aspects. Until I see this which a lower price tag, a more affordable price. At first, I thought I ruined the picture, because of the angle, I want to make sure which picture goes to the right and which picture goes to the left. I contacted the seller, I am surprised how fast he/she responded my message. He/she is able to show me his/her view on how the customized item should be. After confirming it, he/she told me he will make sure the picture looks perfect. I waited about two weeks or so, I finally received it. I couldn’t be happier. I am completely satisfied how the customized pictures look! It is exactly what I am looking for. The locket is not too big, and I think is a great size, since wearing it as a necklace. After seeing the necklace, I decided to customized one for myself. I think this is one of the best way to save your memory for someone who is so important to you. In my opinion, I think this is a great gift to someone special too!

After a month, I had to contact the seller, who responded quickly and told me that the problem was a delay in customs due to the pandemic. The item arrived a few days later. I should have received updates during this delay, and I find it a little suspect that the item arrived quickly after I expressed frustration to the seller. The necklace, however, is beautiful and well made, and I was very surprised by the quality and clarity of the pictures. This was a birthday gift for my oldest granddaughter, and she absolutely loves it. Worth the money!
