Programming issue
Programming is not proper. Don’t think it’s tested also. If you have different start time for both the channels, then it need to be set in the same order. If Channel 2 need to be switched on first, then that should be program 1. In this case, If Channel 1 is set as Program 1 (Say 6PM) and Channel 2 as Program 2 (say 5:30pm) then Channel 1 will not work. If this need to work properly, then set Channel 2 (5:30pm) as Program 1 and Channel 1 (6pm) as Program 2. Today is the first day of installation and hope there won’t be any more interesting programming like this.
