Still not sleeping
This did not work for me at all. I could feel the small pulses in my hand. Yes, I did use the right hand for sleeping.. I tried it for five nights. This did not ! did not help me sleep at all . I returned it.

Can be painful
This product makes me sleepy. That is what it is made for. One thing to note that if you squeeze it hard, it can be painful. But the pain doesn't last, and when it turns off by itself, the pain goes away immediately. It is bearable, just something to note. This product does work well.

The effectiveness is important
I don't like it. It is for insomnia. But no effect at all

Shock therapy maybe?
I’m not sure what to make of this? It’s advertised as a sleep aid for children who are anxieties or can’t calm down enough to sleep which I thought was an amazing idea as I have a four year old granddaughter who literally will not go to sleep before two in the morning, no matter how busy her day is so I purchased this to try out, however, when I got it. It is basically a metal plate that electrocute the crap out of you. I tried to play around with the settings to see if maybe it was just too high, but there doesn’t seem to be an in between just like no feeling at all and oh my God, my eyeballs are trying to pop out of my head so I do not recommend this product

Doesn’t work.
This product doesn’t work. It’s supposed to help one fall asleep. It’s quite uncomfortable, sending little static-like shocks to one’s fingers and is slightly painful, not at all soothing.

Love these, but
Only problem is the wrist band eventually breaks

Weird at first, then great!
I got this because of my anxiety so I would stop picking at my nails. It was really weird at first cuz your literally zapping your hand, but it didn't take long to get used to it, and now I love it!
