Works just like it says , can make thick or thin patties , very nice.

Works surprisingly well
This burger press exceeded my expectations. Easy to use, easy to adjust and fairly easy to clean. You must use plastic wrap or wax paper when pressing the burger otherwise meat will squeeze past the top press.
