The quantity of the actual required ingredients are less but at this price it's good for beginners probably. It gives a lot of itchy feeling though. Be prepared for it. As for me, I would look for something better.

I ordered the wild berry flavour and it tastes amazing and isn't that loud on taste buds, also the beta alanine works great and give that tingling sensation thru ur workout and keeps u focused and charged which other pre workout that i used fades away in between the workout, so i recommend ppl to start it with half scoop for first 5 days and then go for a full scoop. Must try.

Very bad product, will give you vomiting like feeling , taste is like rotten chemical, please dont buy it.

So this product was my first pre workout supplement.It's gonna be a month I'm taking this it's completely safe and genuine.Of course when I took it 1st time I felt so much itching and heat in my body I used it in my workout I felt so refreshed and active whole day.Honestly those who are saying that there's a lot of itching in skin that just for making us active. It will fade away by doing workout and with habitDon't use it if you are weak heart and mind set weak. And read pack suggestion how much you should take if you are beginner.
