Good quality and the peanut one being tapered is easy to use up against a wall.I took a star off as it is very difficult to self massage your upper back/ shoulders as you can't get enough pressure on it & you have to be a contortionist to do your upper back on the floor!!

The media could not be loaded. This set was much better than I expected.They’re made from Really good quality silicone, the ball and cone are pretty solid but comfortable enough to roll on. I often use them up against a wall.The hand strengthener is also good. Not hard to squeeze but doing about 15 reps you start to feel it. Good for hand and wrist maintenance.

This is a great high quality massage ball set lovely quality feel to the massage set. The reason for the low stars is simply because there is no instructions telling people the best ways to use the items how many ways to use the massagers or where and in what places to use the massagers. So I found that highly disappointing. But overall good set of you know and are confident in using these massagers.

The Pattern on them helps to provide strength even bettet when pressing on it for massage. They are easy to use and helps to relief my pain my back, leg and abdomen, really depends on how you use them. they are easy to clean with water. I am happy with them.
