Simplicity Works
I saw various over-the-door options to use with my resistance bands. I almost ordered one about 3x the price. Of course it was steel and it would have worked but I was concerned if it might damage the door. Then I saw this. A simple concept but it works. I just got it today but it does the job and doesn’t appear it will ultimately damage the door or the band. I got it for home physical therapy exercises to complement my rehab PT. I don’t think I will be pulling the door down with my strength LOL. I am pleased with the purchase and the price.
