This is a flavor you have to experience at lease once in your life! It is perfect on meats, rice and beans or a few drops in a salad dressing for a little kick! I use it to bring me back to my childhood where this was a staple on every restaurant table and in our homes! This enhances the flavor of what you are eating without masking the taste!

Tastes just like I am eating on the beach in Rio. So good.

Great heat and flavor

Hard to get out of the bottle but very delicious.

I'm the only one in my family that LOVES heat. And I have just put my order in for my second bottle. Just some hints, if & when the pepper liquid gets low just add a little white vinegar to top it off. And purchase a pair of the thin long nose tweezers to pull the peppers out with. I bought 3 different sizes & have so many uses for that tool.Hope this helps.

This was recommended via a taste testing, so I decided to try it. I almost did not purchase it because it was priced at about $9 U.S. for 4½ ounces. But after trying it on my morning eggs, I think it was worth every penny. I think of it as heaven on my tongue.The sodium content is not labeled properly, in my opinion. There are 8 ounces in one (01) cup. The entire bottle is only 4½ ounces. So, the sodium labeled at per cup is very misleading — and not in a manner that is beneficial to Sabor Mineiro. I watch my salt. I did not catch this “error” of sorts initially, so it sat in my refrigerator. The I realized the labeling “error.” If the numbers are correct, then it has (in my opinion) a fairly reasonable sodium content.

I brought a bottle back from Brasil last year and 1 to 2 drops of the vinegar would set the house on fire. This bottle is so weak that Tapatio Souse is 5 times stronger!

Wonderful quality--an essential ingredient in so many Northwestern Brazilian dishes. I used in a moqueca de peixe e camarao that received rave reviews...and in several other dishes. I'm so happy to have found this product.
