Comfortable and does the job
Used in a Scapa walking shoe. UK Size 10.5. Very easy to trim down to the right size. A lot more comfortable than the perforated sole that came with the shoe. Have now used it for some pretty tough (though not long) mountain walking.

Extremely small
They are TINY they don’t fit a single pair of my shoes without slipping around. I’m a men’s Uk 6.5 so they should fit. They are ridiculous, nowhere close to being large enough. I trimmed a little off and they fit into my wife’s size 5 women’s shoes. But are so thick she can’t get her foot in any pair they are in even with removing the original innersole. Rubbish. I’d return them but I’ve now trimmed them... straight in the bin

Didn't work for me
Bought to replace the contoured insoles in Brasher boots. A big disappointment as these insoles have no side contours and are completely flat. Most uncomfortable - the 'worn out' original Brasher insoles have now been reinserted and I can wear the boots again.
