I've taken moringa seeds from my tree for years. I thought this would be convenient when I travel. I don't know what is in this, but it's not moringa seeds. I had the worst diarrhea for 36 hours. Please don't buy this laxative product.

The supplement has no taste or odor that I detected. The capsules are a slight bit smaller than a regular sized capsule. They should be easy for anyone to use.
