I had foot surgery and have no arch on my one foot, so bought these and put them in all my shoes on the bad foot and they really work well. The sticky part become loose after a while so I use super glue to make them adhere better and longer.

I have AAA to AAAA flat feet plus a surgically plated lis franc fracture from 2011 which further flattens my ultraslim foot. I need support to relieve constant discomfort, but full and 3/4 inserts push my heel up so the already loose (too wide as most shoes are AA at the narrowest) shoes will not stay on my feet. Although these do not fill the extra space as full inserts do, they at least give me arch support which relieves some of the pain I endure daily.The only problem I have is they do not stick well and move out of place especially if they need to be repositioned or become wet. I am going to try gluing then into my sandals, but experience shows that will probably not work as these supports have a silicone backing - to which any glue generally does not stick.

I don't use these for myself - my feet are flat as a board and feel comfortable without this kind of extra support. However, my wife has delicate feet with high, graceful arches (no, I will *not* send anyone any pictures so don't ask) and she has had difficulty with pain any time she is required to stand for long periods of time, especially due to her standard choice of shoe being a simple maryjane flat.She considers these absolutely essential now, as she has tried other support options (many of which are FAR more expensive and only include a single pair) and nothing has been nearly as effective as these have. She puts them in all of her shoes of every type, from running shoes to heels, and they stick quite well in place.I like that each box includes five pairs (I think it was five? It was more than I expected at least) and that they are so helpful for her comfort at such a low price; even having had to buy three boxes, they're super affordable and worth it.

These offer good support and are pretty comfortable. They are a little hard in the center and they don’t stick great at first. They slid around a little the first day or two. Once I got the positioned right and stood on the. For a while they stayed in place. I only use them in shoes I don’t wear everyday.

These are all clear, gel arch supports that stick down. They’re long/big. They stick well in my arch support Sketcher flip flops, which are a plastic material. These give me extra arch lift. This is a huge improvement for my back. They stay stuck down and in place. I read that they can be removed and be restuck if needed and I had to do that because I didn’t place one of them correctly. The stickiness stayed strong. With so many pair in the box I’ve been able to stick them into other shoes as well. It’s a really nice product for such little money. And they’re waterproof and so is the stickiness because I’ve been watering plants outside several times and gotten them soaked. They hang on in place. If you need extra arch support these may be a good product for you.

They don't stay in place whether it be a cloth sole or a rubberized sole (like in my crocs). The first time I slipped my foot in they moved to the tip of the shoe. More than that, my doc says I have flat feet and yet I still can't feel these when they're under my arch. They're just not thick at all.I wish I hadn't bought these, I'll see if I can return them,

These are working great! We needed a slim fit arch support for track spikes. These shoes have no arch and are very fitted, not allowing for regular bulky arch supports. These arch supports are working well! They are a great fit for these shoes and offer needed arch support.

I purchased these on a whim after discovering the importance of proper arch support as a moderately cuddly person with flat feet.At first they seem to work well, but you have to figure out the best placement if you don’t want to feel like you’re stepping on soft rocks all day. The support is great once you find the sweet spot.The problem is that they used wayward toddler version of adhesive and these babies WILL migrate or plain runaway (to be found by your puppy who will proceed to try to eat the tasteless gummy …thing) if used in open shoes like sandals. I got maybe 5 wears before the supports began implementing their escape plans. Definitely not something I’d use for shoes that will be worn often. They might work better on smooth man made materials, but not on anything that has even the remotest bit of texture.
