Stays warm, doesn't smell bad. I heat for 2 min.

Neck wrap
I have just used this wrap for 3 days & I like it. It’s a nice size & feels good to use after exercising. It helps relieve my neck of some tightness.

It's okay
It works well enough but it heats up with hot spots, then I have to mix it all up to get it evenly heated. The smell isn't awesome but isn't bad either. Theres a soft side then the side that is satin with Velcro to close the bag in. Like it but don't love it.

this one really works
This product really works & I am extremely happy with it. The instructions for heating were very clear. The fabric has 2 distinct sides- one side is smooth & the other has a velvet like fabric that adheres well to other fabric. This allows it to "stick" where you put it. I use mine across the top of my knee-arthritis pain- it stays put & seems to work almost like it has moist heat. I do re-heat it about 3 times, because my knee needs to be scoped-but it does help make the pain go away. The outside fabric has velcro closure & can be cleaned.

They stay on my neck well. They have a nice lavender smell. I am happy with it.
