Fantastic, they work for me!
I really think it is working well. I do notice that I sleep better through the night. I like the fact that they wrap around so the blue light does not come in on the sides. They are comfortable to wear, which was a concern for me. When you are wearing them and then remove them, my eyes feel fatigued because of the affect of the blue light; I put them back on and within seconds my eyes feel relaxed. I recommend these glasses to anyone who has eye fatigue due to screen blue light or if you just want better rest during the night.

Actually blocks nearly all blue light, unlike nearly all sub 100$ blockers. Best pair I've owned.
The unfortunate truth is that the vast majority of inexpensive blue blockers do not actually block blue light to the efficiency necessary in order to effectively protect your circadian health, brain health, neurological function. This company is the only inexpensive brand of blue blockers I've ever tested, after testing probably 15 different brands, including premium companies I recommend using like ra optics and blu blocks and lucia eyes, that allows in a comfortable 20% of green light and blocks all visible light from most of the green wavelengths down to UV wavelengths. What's wonderful about that is that it still allows me to drive with them on comfortably and still be able to see what I'm doing. I've been wearing these blue blockers consistently about 80% of my nights for over 3 years now. If I was to choose one pair of blue blockers To take with me anywhere these would be them.Pros-LightweightNot super dorky lookingActually blocks most green and all blue, violet, UV light. This allows me to drive with them at night confidently and still be protected.Very comfortable to wear for long period of time (ears don't hurt, no pressure on temples, etc.Durable and flexible (I slept on mine and heard all sorts of crunching and it's still fine, no issues)InexpensiveCons - Let's be real, could be more stylishaaaannd that's it.Highly recommended for anybody who takes blocking blue light seriously and isn't just doing it to be trendy and isn't willing to compromise for something that might look slightly more stylish. For true seekers of health this is the best inexpensive choices you can make for blue blocker That I'm aware of at the time of this review.

My eyes feel less tired and my sleep seems better
I’ve used these for two nights now and will update my review at a later time.I will say that I’ve noticed some improvements after 2 nights of use. I suffer from a lot of sleep issues due to bipolar disorder, adhd, medications, and family history. I have a sleep study scheduled in December and this year I’ve been willing to try just about anything.I’ve known about glasses like these for a long time but only took it seriously after another bout of restless sleep and sleep deprivation last week. To be fair, Amazon lost my B12 and D3 supplement which I was out of for several weeks. I started taking it two days ago so maybe that’s part of it. However I’ve also had sleep disturbances while on the supplement. I’ve tried Valerian root and ZMA. I’ve bought a special pillow. I use an eye mask and try to use white noise. I do live 75ft from the interstate barrier wall this last year which I suspect contributes to my poor sleep. However as I’ve said this started years ago.Anyway, these glasses are my latest trial and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement. Ive felt more refreshed while waking up and my smart watch that I purchased a couple weeks ago is showing that although my deep sleep is too low and rem and light sleep too high, both deep sleep and rem have happened earlier in the night and been less sporadic after falling asleep.I know I need to get outside more often because I WFH and have a tendency to stay inside. But my habits have been to stare at the computer for work all day, my phone during breaks, and then the TV after work. I would sit downstairs until 12-12:30am watching tv with my boyfriend. Just never felt like I’d get mentally tired but it’s also been a struggle taking Adderall.Last two nights I’ve noticed that around 10:15 - 10:30 I get this natural inclination to get up and start getting ready for bed. I’m slowly moving my bed time back and seem to fall asleep okay. I feel more refreshed waking in the mornings (as much as one can be with the winter sunrise being at 7:30).I especially like that these wrap around. They block out almost all light around my line of vision and when I take them off everything has almost a blue tint and makes me squint. I use LED lightbulbs and read that LED has blue light more than the old incandescent. I’m considering buying redder lightbulbs for the bedroom since I read those are better for your circadian rhythm than LED with the blue light. So far I definitely recommend these. I read a lot of reviews like I do with every project. The only thing I don’t like is that the stems are long but I have a smaller head and they don’t seem to push forward much at all even when resting my head back. The glasses do have a plastic cheaper feel to them which isn’t an issue for me. They aren’t fragile but I’d definitely recommend keeping them in a hard case when not in use. 10/10 would buy again if they broke. And this isn’t a company that sends shady review us for a gift cards with the order. I’m reviewing because the quality is superb imo.Oh and some reviews say these distort their vision. I had lasik in 2019 after wearing Prescription glasses for 11 years. These do not distort my vision to an extent I notice a detriment for reading or watching tv. I can tell vision is minimally changed but I think this is due to the curvature. It will make things sepia seeming but I’ve been using f.lux with the deep Orange night filter on my computer for years and prefer that anyway.
