Great product, super easy to use, and stays in place, and keeps cold pretty nicely for a while. Can be used on various body parts with the same convenience.

My wife uses an old Thermalon heating bag which has had a useful and helpful life. We decided to replace it with a new one, but they don't seem to have the small bag that she had. So we upgraded to this larger model. Heats well in the microwave. But, as the instructions say, don't heat it longer than 1 1/2 minutes. It gets too hot in our microwave. So from a heat and coverage standpoint, it's excellent. However, it's very heavy and clumsy to put on. It has an elastic velcro belt that's about 4" wide and made for an enormous waistline. Because it's stretchy and the pad itself is heavy, it's clumsy to put on. My small wife has trouble putting it on. Once it's on, it seems to work just fine.

This wrap is awesome! I had hip surgery and still want to ice especially after PT. This is large enough to fit on my hip/thigh and wrap around to secure in place. The band is stretchy and the velcro fasteners are strong. It folds up nicely into a gallon size zip lock and I keep it stored in the freezer that way.
