I have had problems with my feet for a few years now, (P F) also have a fallen arch. I am seeing a foot specialist and been given special insoles also these exercises to help my feet. I saw this foot massage roller video and thought this could help, so i ordered one. When it arrived i tried it out without socks on, it did hurt a bit because of the pimple bits on it but with socks on it fine. I could feel how it will help my feet and ankles a lot if i use it for minimum 10 minutes each foot every day.You can use it either standing or sitting. It is heavier than i thought it was going to be, but its a good thing as it will not roll away from you.well worth the money.
