After a lot of fear and procrastination, I decided to jump into the food coloring area. I have heard the praises of Americolor as the best, but on their website and on Amazon, their availability is next to none, so i decided to give my business to the one that is available. I must say I am impressed and they have found a repeat customer. The consistency of the colors are excellent even after baking. The stain resistance is absolutely zero. That was my biggest worry. It came off the dishes, the counter, and my hands with just a simple wash. The quality and brightness are very good. I experienced no leakage, and I think functionality wise, the product is a definite recommend.

The colors are great it doesn’t need a lot of product to get the color you need

There was this trend where parents were making rainbow bread for their kids at school and I didn’t want my kid to feel left out so we went and made rainbow bread. As you can see from the pictures, the colors come out very vibrant. The bread came out looking great and didn’t make the dough extra wet. I don’t believe there’s a taste to it? I didn’t try tasting it or anything and the bread just taste like regular bread. The bottles of colors shifted during shipping but all bottles were properly sealed so nothing came spilled out. Would recommend purchasing these for your baking needs
