I was skeptical when looking at these knives due to them being made in China and you never know what you will receive. Boy was I surprised! It ships in a nice box that is well put together and come protected extremely well. We I first open the box I was blown away at the beauty of the knife. The handle was bright colored and looked like very high quality. If you didn't know what you paid for this, you wouldn't tell it was a $100 + knife. When I pulled it out of the packaging and held it, I was completely blown away. This isn't some cheaply made knife. Its heavy, well balanced, and the handle is insanely comfortable. It feels so good in the hand and gives you complete confidence with chopping or slicing foods. If your hesitant, don't be, this is a gem at the price.

TUO sells wonderful knives, I believe I've bought 3, maybe 5, now. They are nice looking, easy to hold, easy to wash, and stay sharp for a long time. This knife is soooo wonderful for chopping fresh spices - I especially like using it on the spices I grow in my backyard. It chops so finely and makes my homemade spaghetti sauce and homemade chili taste that much better!Try this TUO chopping knife, you'll like it!

Overall this is a very nice knife. It’s comfortable in the hand. The size takes a little getting used to, but once you do, it’s great fun to cut with.It’s tough and hasn’t bent or chipped under heavy use, but it needs sharpening often.I detracted a star because the knife had two small rust spots on the top when it arrived.

This knife is very sharp and light weight to use when cutting vegetables and fruit. I would recommend getting it.
