Works ok I guess, incomplete instructions
I guess it’s working ok, there were items packed with the machine but there is NO MENTION of them in the instructions. What’s this plastic tray for? The sticks? I’m a first time user of something like this. I would have appreciated better instructions. Also, the instructions were OBVIOUSLY written by someone who does not have a firm grasp of the English language. Why can’t they get an English speaker to proofread these things? The instructions are hilarious, but not all that helpful.

Enough to relieves pain and stiffness. I bought it for personal use, but I'll be setting it up for my friends to use on various occasions as well. Its not as sturdy or well made as it's far more expensive counterparts, but it's a great purchase for the price!
