Maxell button batteries provide long-lasting reliable power.
My 20-year-old garage door remotes had become progressively weaker, so I opened the back of one of them to check its specific battery number. As luck would have it, Amazon had the exact battery I required for my old remotes. The previous batteries were also Maxells, and they lasted twenty years, the new batteries will likely outlive me!

Good batteries
Used these batteries for my key FOBs, alarm & door lock-unlock. Hard to get out of packaging but easy to install in key FOB.

Read the ad carefully
Note that the price is $4.99 for only 1 battery! The picture shows a 5 pack of batteries, which frankly is misleading. The description is accurate in that it states 1x. In the end it is my own fault for not catching this. But I imagine that I’m not the only one who thought they were getting a 5 pack as pictured. Lesson learned!

Ad description issue
Seems that the ad was misleading, the price advertised was equivalent to the cost of 5 unites and 5 units were displayed in the ad but only 1 unit was delivered. However, the item was returned, and full compensation was swiftly provided !
