I like the no mess sponge applicator and the scent free product.

I like that it doesn’t smell after applied! However it doesn’t feel the same as the original & helps less with muscle soreness.

I have suffered from very intense muscle cramps in my legs and feet off and on for quite some time. This Icy Hot product relieves them quickly. I sometimes apply it before bed to ward off a possible flare up. The gel with applicator absorbs easily without having to rub it in. I've also used the roll on product but it doesn't work as quickly and doesn't distribute as much product onto your affected area. I even carry it in my purse as I've had some surprise cramps while being away from home.

IcyHot was recommended to me so I did not read comments other customers posted. Poor decision on my part otherwise I would have seen comments going back almost ONE year where several people complained that you only shipped ONE tube even though it was advertised as a “PACK of 4”.On 3/18/22 I purchased IcyHot at $6.89 from your website which indicates a 2.5oz tube and it was to be a “Pack of 4”. Amazon was listed as both seller and shipper. I ONLY RECEIVED ONE 2.5oz TUBE.The FTC Act prohibits unfair or DECEPTIVE advertising in any medium; advertising MUST NOT mislead consumers; it cannot imply something that's not true.I was misled by YOUR advertisement indicating I would receive FOUR 2.5oz tubes for the $6.89 price. Even the sticker YOU CREATED and applied to the end of the smashed box says it was a “PACK OF 4”.I was truly MISLED by your advertising as I only received ONE TUBE.AMAZON I expect you to do one of the following to correct your deceptive advertising of this product.1. Promptly send me the remaining THREE 2.5oz tubes at no additional cost.2. OR - PRORATE the $7.30 ($6.89+.41tax) total price I paid by returning $5.47 to me (the cost of the 3 missing tubes).3. OR - SEND me a postage paid return label so I can return this over priced, deceptively advertised ONE 2.5oz IcyHot tube to you as well as YOU REFUNDING THE FULL $7.30 TO ME.The IcyHot tube received One star as it sits here unopened/unused while waiting for Amazon to fill my complete order or refund my money.

This is so good & a plus unsented for when i need to go out & about. Noone has to smell it on me.Well Differently buy again if available. Thanks

This is a great value I go through it by the gallon for a injury that annoys all day and keeps me up all night. My only issue is I've ordered it once and now its out of stock! Please please please get more in asap! The shipping was long but worth the wait!
