Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 256GB Silver (Renewed)

I was a bit dubious buying a refurbished phone having read previous reviews but must say I am delighted with this purchase.I bought this phone in Nov so have had 2 months now and no issues at all. Phone operates well, fast processing and battery life is excellent (much better than my old S9+). The camara quality is also much more superior.The phone came well packaged and included a USB cable and sim pin. The condition of the phone is as advertised in excellent condition with only a couple of very minor scrapes on top corner but this is not noticeable unless you go looking. Screen was perfect with no scratches at all.Overall delighted with this purchase from 4gadgets and have recently bought a S21 for my wife which was also in great condition and working perfectly. Coming from a Samsung Note 9, the performance still holds up today but due to its outdated camera and depleted battery performance; and the fact I dropped my phone numerous times in water and has finally given up on me lol - I decided it was time for an upgrade.This is the first time I bought a refurbished device on Amazon so was initially nervous on the condition once it arrived as the advert didn't specify the condition of the item. It was immaculate - like brand new when I finally got my hands on it. No scratches or dents, even on the sides which tend to accumulate with wear & tear. It didn't arrive in it's originally packaging but was well protected in bubble wrap with the essentials included.Display is vibrate, performance of the UI is quick and fluid, and the camera is superb. Full charge has easily lasted me a full day with moderate use.Paying just £350 for a 2 year old flagship phone, has got to be one of my greatest bargain purchases of the decade.Pros: Performance, Display, Camera, Battery Life, S Pen compatibilityCons: None at the moment5/5

Phone showed up and it's condition was really good, first impressions were good. Started using the phone and realised the company can't have tested the phone, the primary camera wouldn't focus on anything beyond 2 feet Infront of you. So contacted them and they were helpful, tried the troubleshooting and it didn't work. So they agreed to take the phone back and sent labels. This is where things went downhill fast.They confirmed receipt of the phone and said they will be back in touch in 1-3 working days. 10 days later I heard nothing from them, so chased them. They came back saying they never received the phone and could I supply tracking info, even though they had already confirmed they had received it. Explained this to them and they came back saying there had been a delay in processing due to the bank holiday, they received the phone a week before the bank holiday. At every point their customer service was rude and lied. It has taken almost 3 weeks to finally get them to confirm a refund, after me finally having to go to Amazon and them putting pressure on them as well. This isn't the first time the exact same thing happened either, first time was for an iPhone and the exact same thing happened. Renewed phones on Amazon are great, just this company is not. If you want to buy with the comfort of easily returning what you have bought, do not buy from these.

Got the phone delivered quick on a Tuesday, way ahead of the quoted weekend. Very satisfied with delivery. It came in a plain black box with USB-C cable (no charger). Phone condition is excellent. Like brand new. Very impressed with condition. For the cost of a brand new mid range phone, this is a flagship with 256GB from a couple years back. Everything works as expected. The ONLY downside to this phone is that the battery condition is around the 85% mark (to be expected for 3yr old phone) and the phone is already a powerhouse of functionality and so is heavy on the battery. Still with my normal regular use a day an a half is doable. or 1 day heavy use. Very clear screen display and capability and if you can think of it, this phone can do it. Of course the main reason for getting this phone was the camera. It does not disappoint. The zoom capability is incredible. Clear photos up to 30x magnification and reasonable clarity up to 100x. Excellent video recorder too with 4K 60fps on all cameras front and back. A weakness in the video is low light but that can be improved significantly by switching down to 30fps and then using something like Davinci Resolve to interpolate back to 60fps.All in all, well worth the money.....

Works well. No issues. No noticeable scratch. Like new.
