I bought the black one for my son and he really liked it. I decided to get one for myself too. It's a great cup. The only thing that I don't love is that it leaked the other day. It came with an extra rubber thing to prevent leaks, so I will try to fix it. I just wish I didn't have to fix it so soon after buying it. I've only used it a few times. I would still buy again because it's a great sturdy cup that can go in the dishwasher and hasn't leaked for my son. I appreciate the extra pieces. I also love that it fits in my car cup holders.

I bought my first one about two years ago after losing my previous (and it turns out inferior) reusable mug. Loved it from the first I used it. My wife wanted one so I got one for her as a gift and it turned out there was a problem with a little leakage due to an issue with the seal. Reached out to BioGio directly and they responded instantly with zero hesitation in replacing it. We had a new one within days. Flawless service and great quality - blips happen. I have bought a number of others for friends and family and everyone loves them. We constantly get positive comments from people about them. Honestly, I can't speak highly enough about the product or the service. BioGio is my go-to brand for this kind of thing moving forward. Don't hesitate to buy one of these. 5 stars!

I was sceptical at first, especially considering how cheap it is compared with other similar products. But I was intrigued by the claim that it is made using straw and rice husks – tackling the plastic crisis from both sides – so I just had to check it out for myself. I was pleasantly surprised. It is really good quality and has this almost indescribable 'natural feel' to it, unlike other reusable plastic cups. No weird smell either. It also has a satisfying weight and is pretty resilient, which is ideal considering I dropped mine within minutes of filling it with coffee. Thankfully spillage was minimal. If you need a unique yet simple way to feel like you're saving the planet every time you get a refill at Starbucks, look no further.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Bought this because my previous coffee cup was made from glass and would get really hot, glad to report this product is very comfortable to holdI even dropped it on a tiled floor and expected it to crack but surprised that there was not a mark on it.The baristas at my local coffee shop are also impressed and it is also so good to know that the product is made from sustainable materials and you are not contributing to the mountain of disposable cup waste.

I received this cup a few days ago and took it into town with me to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised with how it performed, it was not too hot to hold and feels good to the touch. I was nervous about putting it in the dishwasher but it’s been through twice so far as has not suffered at all. My only slight issue was that once I had finished my drink and placed the cup in my bag, it ended up falling over and the little bit of liquid left in it leaked into my bag. I do realise though that it’s not designed to be lying sideways, so probably my fault! Just would appreciate it being a little more leakproof but it wasn’t a huge problem. I can certainly see this cup becoming my go-to, I love the simple look and feel and it feels great to know that I’m being eco friendly by reducing my consumption of single-use plastic. I really enjoyed using this cup and would definitely recommend it.
