Nuk3y door handle
It's not hard to disassemble. Just read the directions, easy.This commerical handle is a monster. The inside plates that "dig" into the door to keep it from turning...I'll say after I installed it you'll not alter or abuse it.You'd have to have a sledge hammer and the way it's made, wow. You'd rip the metal on the door or smash out the deadbolt before that handle gives way. My next garage door is getting a Nuk3y handle 100%

Solid construction.
Heavy duty weight and feel. Should be able to handle many years of daily use(changing out my front door handle/lock)

Built like a tank priced like a bike.
As solidly built as the ones that cost four times as much. It was installed in commercial equipment storage room so it will not get high usage, but for the price it was a no brainer to get this commercial model.

Soft internal metal parts.
Locks were easy to install. I purchased both keyed (store room function) and passage locks for our church. I haven't had any issues with the passage locks but I had to swap out 2 of keyed locks after about a months use because the key started to just spin and wouldn't open the door. After removing the lock and inspecting it I found that the part of the lock that the tail piece of the key cylinder turns against to open the lock (2 little brass tabs) were sheared off and unrepairable. I could see this happening if the door latch was binding but mine aren't. I'm a lock smith and know how to install locks and make sure that they are installed properly. I purchased these for our church because we could order in quantity. If more of the locks start doing the same I will be forced to go with a more name brand lock.

Don't buy this
I've been putting this kind of lock in for over 25 years this is truly a P.O. S.Trust me you don't want this.I'd only ordered it because I needed it and didn't want to drive 30 miles to go get it from my supply house, what a mistake.It was $10 higher than the supply house but 30 miles each way made me think it might have been a bargain.It was not don't buy this.How do you use a pair of needle nose pliers to turn the inside gut so that it would hit and lock into the back set it was sprung in properly at the factory to be at 15° off kilter.Not worth the effort run away from this product

Unfortunate.
Did not meet the quality standards. I install & do maintenance @ a credit union in N.C & this was not what we were looking for not as described.
