My package was delayed for quite some time which was a bit annoying - but this was not the seller's fault!I love this necklace. I can't speak for the silver chain but the gold chain is beautiful and dainty. I haven't worn it long enough to know if the colour will tarnish but it seems like decent quality considering the price. The bead is very nice as well. If you want to change the chain that can be done easily as the pendant slips off quite easily.

This item is well made & the perfect gift. I bought this item for my daughters 21st Birthday. She liked it so much that she put it on and has worn it everyday since.

there is no way that packaging could've put this many knots in this chain necklace. It's really pretty and I'm so disappointed because I cannot get these knots out.
