I used it so I can tell how much propane I have left in my grill. I hang my tank on the inside of grill

Worked like a charm
The original igniter died (not just a battery issue!) so bought this kit to replace it. Once installed it has worked flawlessly. Installation instructions were a little vague on some issues but applying common sense resulted in getting the product to work as advertised.

Started leaking gas after only a few uses.
This product started leaking gas ( a very dangerous situation) after only three uses. The leak is at the same place ( at the hose connection to the tightening knob) as the regulator I was replacing. I wonder if this is a defective product that was just repackaged and sent to me.
