Got a little over a year out of my first one before it started getting a "softer" hit. For the price I could buy 5 or 6 before paring for an FK or Cheyanne with battery packs

This is the first battery pack tattoo machine I’ve own. Was worried while waiting to receive it but turned out to be a pretty good machine so far. Compared to my Valhalla, my Xion, and Bishop it works well. I’ve only had it for a weekend and done a tiny coverup so will see how it holds up. Ordered it with the bigger battery and it does seem to last a long time and the weight isnt that bad.

Ahora se acabó el tiempo para devolver la máquina con Amazon y ellos me mandan hacer el réglalo directo con los vendedores de la máquina pero es difícil contactarse con ellos. Si ven este comentario espero me respondan para la garantía de la máquina. Espero puedan enviarme un motor nuevo o me hagan en cambio.Espero su respuesta

Estaba un poco decepcionado de la compra ya que se me daño una de las baterias que venia incluida, pero me puse en contacto con ellos y rapido resolvieron el problema y me enviaron 2 baterias la verda que muy contento, e utilizado el producto muy buena calidad tanto para linea, sombreado y color no tiene que envidiar

I have owned two of these machines now and the first one was broken by me, doing maintenance and inspecting the motor for any back drip or potential contamination, I pulled the components apart too aggressive and broke the connection for the wires, little bit a Solder and we are back in business, however the second one I ordered arrived looking great, packing and presentation is awesome. So I power on the machine and it runs smooth until I can feel the cam separate from the motor and violently thrashing around inside the machine, two seconds into owning it. I took it apart and reattached the cam with the supplies tools, run the machine and it breaks loose. Try the replacement cam with a new screw. Breaks loose, old screw new cam etc. every combination, I clean both components where they attach with isopropyl to remove any oil or lubricants, still slips right off, not sure if the motor was wired backwards and that forces the screws to undo themselves or if the motor itself has defects. I tried to give a product the benefit of the doubt but I feel burned, i won’t give up on the product though and will proudly suggest it once I receive a functioning machine. This machine tattoos just like the bishop wand packer but with a battery pack, all for a fraction of the cost. It’s paying for a machine, a powersupply a foot pedal and all of the ppe to cover those items. I wish i had this machine for my whole career! This pen is great super smooth and worth the money I was skeptical but I ended up doing a bunch of research and bought it and it’s great

Perfect. Love this machine. Batteries last about 10 hours each. Light and easy to handle and provides a smooth voltage for excellent lines, shading and packing.

The media could not be loaded. Cam bearing broke after 2 hours of use. I bought one of these machines and told a few friends to try them out. Ran the first one for over a year and loved it. I probably put 1,000 hours on it. Kinda sad to see this second one is not as good.
