Cup position isn't good, otherwise great
I wear these OVER my cup/strap to keep cup in position. The cup pocket was NOT GOOD (though I doubt any shorts with pocket will position as well as a strap). With this setup, cup stays safe and secure for MMA.

Just go to your local dollar store and grab a full length of bamboo for 2.50 way better quality as well.
