I obviously bought the wrong size, in which case your sizing chart is incorrect as I checked it thoroughly before ordering. Although I feel the next size up would be too big to do anything.. It does fit over my hips but the top keeps rolling down as mentioned in a previous comment.. But beware the fat has to go somewhere and usually it is at the top and does show under shirts. It really is only good for fatty tissue not for generally holding in muscle wastage.. So if your problem is lack of muscle control it's not a quick fix. as, I found, it will only reshape the fatty tissue not tighten muscles. It may be a different story if I were to go to the Gym and tighten the muscles...I little disappointed but there again you cannot expect miracles. Not really sure why the guy in the picture is wearing one as he seems to have quite a toned body and it's a bit misleading.

I am very pleased, it arrived on time and does exactly what I want it to do. My wife advised me to go for a large but I opted for medium (I am 5'7" and 14 1/2 stone - but I am a weightlifter), when we first got it out it looked far too small, but once on, it is tight and firm, but as the material is strong but breathable it is very comfortable and fits perfectly. A larger size would not have done the job. It is actually very similar to the core of a 'powersuit' used for strongman and powerlifting.My wife is so impressed she is getting similar.I say it is good for two uses, one for body shaping, but also for core support and anyone with mild hernia's or umbilical problems will benefit greatly. It should be in the health section too.

A complete waste of money, complete farce I did measure myself properly and got the right size did it do any good no!! you would be better off going and buying some wide band elastic and wrap that around you the only good thing I can say is that I did return the item and that amazon has given me a full refund

I have recently lost a fair bit of weight and bought this to manage my loose skin. Sadly it has not really done anything, and just sticks out alot. Bit o a waste of money if you ask me. Spend your cash on a watermelon or a chocolate bar... depending on your mood instead!

This product is an utter shambles and a waste piece of cloth.1: The elastic waist band at the top rolls like a yoga mat tapped below my chest.2: The waist size guidance is wrong, do not follow ... I am small and I can’t bloody breathe, I thought it would loosen up a bit after a few wears and a wash.. how wrong was I, only to feel it has shrunk.3: Over promised through description, under delivered.. waste of money all round.
