My primary purpose was to have a relatively inexpensive Integrated Amp (that also functions solely as a preamp) that would take a USB and SD card as inputs. Prior to this purchase, I had bought a Plyer IA for less than half this price, BUT there was practically no control over the volume at the lower end.... The volume would abruptly jump from extremely low to moderately loud without any smooth transition. This amp does not have that defect. :-)

A above home grade stereo system works good

I was a little worried this thing would at the very least, suck, and I was right. It was bad right out of the box. I have some huge JBL speakers and this thing was unable to set the volume at all. The next thing I did was wrap it back up and send it back. I am still going to give Pyle another chance with a different unit. I will come back and let you know what happened with the new item. Wish me luck. Also, is it sad we have to keep our fingers crossed? We should all buy with confidence, what a joke!

Straight out the box, powered it up all the lights came on nice and pretty. Hooked all the speaker wires up but then there was silence I could not get this thing to work spent over two hours, working on it reviewing online instructions and this thing is junk. My advice is, don’t waste your time.
