I used to drink Apple Cider Vinegar w/ water but the acidity is hard on teeth. It did reduce bloat & increased my energy levels. When I saw ACV gummies on Amazon I tried it & can honestly say this works same as liquid & tastes much better. I chew one gummy with breakfast & 1 at lunch or dinner.v The bloat in upper belly has gone down considerably & lower tummy is slowly going down. Also my appetite has decreased so I'm eating less food & no sweet cravings. I say just give it a try, hope it helps you like it did me.

Convenient but TOO EXPENSIVE

I have been taking this for awhile & it really helps me! Helps with digestion for me. My husband took it for a bout of heart burn that he was suffering from & it helped. Worth every penny for us!!!!

So far, so good! I have been taking them for about 5 days and have had no issues with GERD since. I love the taste of the gummies. Hopefully this will keep working for me as Zantac ☹ was the only thing that has ever relieved my GERD.
