Excellent temporary fix.

Does the job
This is a good idea for us as we were building our house and had the guttering up but no downpipes until it was rendered it was a bit tight for the 100mm pipes but we managed by using a bit of duct tape

Needed to protect new render
This item is easy to fit, the only issue is that it’s quite windy where I live and was difficult to stop the end coming out of the drain, however it can be cut longer and held with a brick elsewhere in the garden as a temporary measure.
