Great Wall Bed and well constructed.
The media could not be loaded. Overview:- Well Packaged- Great Quality- Great Directions- Takes two people 4-5 hours to install- Be prepared to remove molding behind the bed- Fits full 12 1/2 " mattress with ease.- SturdyDetails:This is a very nice wall Bed. The instructions are very clear and well documented. On each page it also includes sequence numbers so that you put it together in the right order. Everything was very well packaged. When constructing everything keep in mind that you will have to remove any molding that is behind the wall bed and secure the top to the wall into the studs so you will need a stud finder. You could probably get away with dry wall anchors but given the weight of the whole unit I would not recommend it. Try not installing it in a corner because most likely the wall will not be straight and it will not leave you any room for adjusting. You will notice in the video that mine is in a corner and it caused it to not be perfectly straight which makes one side rub just barely which is something I'm going to fix but is not at all any issue the bed itself. As you can see from the video and pictures we placed this bed in a relatively small room which makes it perfect to use the room for another purpose while also having the spare bed just in case. You will also noticed that the bed does not stay against the frame, this is mostly because the mattress that we are using is mostly foam and not very ridged. I'm going to attach some nylon straps to it to keep it in place but haven't done so yet.

Nice bed, looks good, probems with assembly
Overall this is a pretty nice bed and it would have gone together well if not for some small nit picky problems. They seem to be mostly problems with parts procurement and manufacturing. First the good, they had plenty of hardware and nothing was missing, in fact there were more screws than were needed for the assembly. The instruction book was well laid out and fairly well written (there was a little bit of Engrish, but nothing that can't be easily understood). Now on to the bad. There were some special nuts that slid into holes in the wood, these would not fit and the holes had to be drilled out. There were washers that were supposed to go over these nuts and they would not fit, had to be replaced with ones that would. On one of the ends of the feet that swing down to hold up the end of the bed someone had screwed up the weld so that there was a blob of metal up on a flat area where a washer was supposed to ride. I filed this flat to use it. I also had to drill out the holes for the bearing hold downs as well. All in all it wasn't that much of a problem for me, but I have a very well equipped shop with all the tools and hardware I needed. I think a person with more average tools and hardware laying around would have been pretty frustrated with this assembly. I'll give this a four, as you will only have to go through the assembly process once and the bed will be used from then on. I don't have any experience on longevity, but from what I see this should last a very long time with normal use.

Missing parts. Takes forever to get the parts replaced.
Received my boxes. The box with the metal parts and screws, tools etc. Was broken. Too heavy for the contents. Very first thing, I did an Inventory. Some parts were missing. Contacted Bestar via email and they responded rapidly stating they were shipping the missing parts on november 2nd. It would take between 7 to 10 business days. Today is November 9th and Fedex still have not received the package. They claim Is in customs and I should wait 24 hours more to see if it updates the Fedex Portal. My visit arrives next week and I don't have a bed. Instead I have a room full of hardware.

Put it together myself!
The instructions were clear and straightforward. The bed is incredibly sturdy and well mounted to the wall. I bought additional hardware to make more secure but didn't end up needing it because the hardware that came with it was quite good. You might need an impact drill to get it through the studs though (I had to borrow a friends). Otherwise, once you remove the baseboards, you are all set. I am VERY satisfied with this product, especially for the price. I feel like this is just as good as the fancier ones. Does exactly what I need it to.

Looks good once it is up.
Order this bed to go in third/guest bedroom. Needed room to give this room more flexibility. Large sticker on top box says "STOP use updated directions located online" These directions did not necessarily coordinate with what was shipped. Top cross piece that is used to secure bed to wall comes with a bracket that the holes in cross piece and bracket do not align. After drilling new holes realized that this piece would not work as shown. Found video someone posted that showed the old way of securing this piece. Since they had included the L brackets that was the old part with the hardware I was able to use those and they lined up with the original holes. Also, there were no holes drilled to use for the brackets that you use to secure bottom of bed to floor. The good news, the hardware that they had shorted me was for these brackets so the t nuts and bolts I bought at Lowes fit the holes I had to drill. Would not have fit the holes they should have drilled.I have a lot of experience remodeling house and putting together furniture and have never had as much trouble as this. Once you figure out which combination of old and new parts and hardware to use and which instructions to use bed was finally put together. Probably 10 hours total with occasional assistance for help with heavy work.Unfortunately, I did not have room to lay out all hardware and parts ahead of time. Best to do that because hardware needed for early steps or often in packages or a box that had pieces not used until late in the build. Now that it is up it is very secure and should work great.
