Excellent Hydraulic Trunk Struts
Well, I preface this with the first delivery was not good. The struts were scratched, unsealed, and obviously used, not brand new, and missing a very necessary clip to hold the strut in place.I requested a replacement for them, and a truly brand new pair of sealed struts arrived. They fit my car perfectly and now the trunk opens almost effortlessly. Too bad the first delivery was a bust. These are are very good quality struts ( if you get new ones) and I would buy them again. Ease of installation is a breeze. The trunk now opens with ease, maybe 5 lbs of initial lifting force, where before it was a good 25 pounds….the struts were shot. So overall, despite the initial debacle of used parts being delivered, an excellent product. I would buy again.
