This is a great item. Suits all my needs and more. Unlike some other reviews, I have no problem with the volume -- it gets pretty darn loud for me but you have to keep in mind, this is not a professional DJ player and consider the acoustics in the room you place it. For everyday use, it's worth the money to hear some of the songs from my youth that I haven't heard in years! The condition of my records leaves much to be desired (should've ordered the cleaning kit when I ordered) and yet I hear very little static. I'm hoping by cleaning up the records it will also improve the sound. All-in-all, I feel my money's been well spent to bring back a lot of good memories :)

A Better remote is needed! The instructions are hard to understand and besides that the battery case was nearly impossible to open. The battery was dead or was not making contact. It now resides in the county landfill! Others than that it is what I expected for the money. I am ok with it and am enjoying albums and tapes I haven’t listened to in years.

Purchased for my teens Christmas present. I read a lot of reviews online and this seemed to be a decent product. I'm not disappointed. It doesn't have audiophile quality like my home theater does, but I didn't expect it to. It was for a teens right if passage we all had, our 1st stereo.We like the ease of use, the blurtooth option as well as the aux cord. There are enough different ways to play music through this. I recommend for anyone looking for a decent stereo.

I’m sorry to say this was not a good item. I chose not to write a review for a while but I’m going to now. I gave my mom this gift. She had a problem with the first one but had to get a warranty replacement. Now dealing with issues on this replacement with USB/BT/ cassette player. The quality of sound was amazing but now not worth it. Thankfully the company was good to work with.

Ordered this, tried everything out only to discover there was a problem with the cassette player function. When playing cassettes, a loud humming noise came out of the unit - -so loud, in fact, as to be practically useless for cassettes. (All other functions did work well out of the box.) So I contacted Amazon and they had me print out a return postage label and send the unit back to them. They were super fast issuing a credit to my card and advised me they couldn't ship out a replacement. If I wanted to try another unit, I would need to order it "from scratch".So I reordered, it arrived quickly, and this time around, all works smoothly. My only nitpick is it should have more than one tone preset. However, I knew when ordering that it has only one and when you consider (a )the unit's price and (b) all the other features and functions it gives you access to at its price point, realistically I'm not sure how much more one could (or should) realistically hope for.Bottom line: I recommend this unit as long as its ordered with expectations to match its price.

I wanted to get back in touch with the vinyl albums of my past. So I was looking for a turntable just for fun. Actually I liked this because it had radio and CD options. It also has a cassette option (haven't owned a cassette tape in years). So this item fit the bill. It has a compact "footprint" so that's nice.Two cons: this is my fault for not noticing, but, you cannot close the turntable cover with an album on the turntable. That's ok. I'll get used to that. Next, I wish there were some controls for base and treble. Some of the albums I have played on this do not have the rich sound I thought I was going to get. There may be several reasons for that. Not sure about new vinyl. And the stereo system I had years ago was much more expensive and detailed. So it is what it is.Overall I like this stereo system. It has what I needed right now. The price is right.

I really love all the features it has from vinyl to cd to am-fm radio and Bluetooth capabilities to recording from vinyl to cd. It has everything I have been looking for. It comes with everything you need and sometimes you have to buy speakers separately but not with this stereo they are included. Thanks for a great system.

i decided to keep the product even though it has a crack in the plastic turntable cover. The set has an amazing sound and it has the capability to do everything I am looking for at this time and the price is reasonalble. I know it was not shipped to me like that, it must have happened during shipping.
