Great customer service and great product
This is a wonderful heating pad . Just the right size and temps are perfect for my needs . I did have an issue with the item stopping working after having it only two months . I contacted support. They were very responsive. Sent a video of the issue as asked and within days I had a new one at my door ! Can’t ask for better service than that!

Worth the purchase. Works good and decent size. Love the auto shut off. Soft material and easy to use. Looks like it will be durable over time

Great Value
Love the fabric and the size! I am only giving the heating pad 4 stars because it does shut off after 10 minutes. I wish the auto shut off was a little longer. We have just been turning it back on again, it hasn’t been a big deal. We have had the heating pad for about a month and have had no problems. It’s been great for pain relief.

I love it
I struggle with horrible period pains and trust me this was one of my best investments. The quality is great, it so soft and comfortable, because of the flexibility I don't have to stay in one position and I get fast pain relief. If I fall asleep I don't have to worry because it has auto shut off.

Mediocre quality.
I use it to keep my feet warm. It does warm up fast but seems to cool down within ten minutes no matter how high the setting. The covering is soft but underneath is crinkly. It is a nice size but that is negligible when it doesn’t stay warm. I have a sunbeam heating pad that is better quality. I wouldn’t buy this brand for myself again. It would be good for an older person who might be in danger of setting it too high and burning themselves.

Not giving heat as expected
Bought this a month ago... The heat from pad was as hot... At 6 the temperature feels very low. As a little disappointed. Size was a good size for shoulder .. back .. belly
