Q: Comparing the 2 sizes - "bigger" (14 x 16 x 40 in) & regular (13 x 16 x 39 in) -- does big one really hold more or is the structure more sturdier?

I cannot compare sizes because I only have the bigger one but I can really fit a lot of groceries and have used the dolly part to haul water, cat litter and many other larger items with no problem at all. I do use a bungie cord to make them stable but other than that I have had great success. I'd get the bigger one if you haven't already bought one.

Q: Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the bag itself? Also, are the wheels rubber? I've a similar cart with plastic wheels that's very loud on pavement

Inside bag dimensions approx. 10"x14"x23" but there are also several outside pockets etc. Wheels are plastic

Hi Jen, Yes it can be folded with the bag attached. It is quite adaptable and light in weight. I can actually put it on the passengers side with a little maneuvering in my 2 door Hyundai with my painting supplies for a class along with my portable oxygen, which I just might need. It's also very adaptable when grocery shopping and holds a lot.

Q: So when I get groceries the bag tends to almost fall off the dolly since the bottom is not connected to it. Has anyone done something to keep it stay?

I purchased 4 in wide velcro tape. Applied front and rear strips to the cart platform and the bottom of the bag. Now heavy loads, 100 lbs or $130 of groceries stay put, even when lifting into the trunk of car. If bag is filled to the top, I use a bungee cord looped around bottom front edge, then pulled up across the front and hooked around the handle at the top. I bring the cart up 10 steps to my apartment with no problem. I also use a small bungee cord to prevent the cart from opening when folded. The padded handle is very comfortable and the bag has multiple handy pockets, 2 with zippers.
