Chemical smell strong once package opened. Marks on mattress cover when it arrived. Cost of returning for refund more than cost of mattress and return postage not fully refunded or guaranteed. Not a happy customer!!

Perfect for my daughter who is 2.5She has been using this for 2 months now and seems to have a good nights sleep. She sleeps through the night.Came well packaged and didn’t have a strong odour new beds sometimes do.My daughter does suffer with a lot of allergies but she’s been fine so far.

Bought this for my elderly dog to sleep on and it’s perfect. She’s an older Labrador with joint problems so it needed to be supportive and comfortable which is exactly what this is. Slight delay in delivery as the first one went astray but Amazon sorted quickly so not enough to lose stars over.

My baby used this product for one month only and had to replace as the mattress dinted and collapsed in the middle where his head was. This mattress is not firm to support a newborn baby. The weight of my baby during this time was 9lb to 12lb.

The mattress is amazing it is so soft and my little girl has never slept so well. We bought it at a bargain price as well. The only reason for one star on the travelling one is because it doesn’t apply to us as we use it solely for her cot.
