These probiotics are great. I genuinely see an improvement in my overall digestive health. I also really like the inclusion of cranberry for urinary health as well. The price is fantastic compared to other probiotics.

The potency level of 5 billion CFUs is rather low, and more in line with a child's probiotic rather than an adult's. The strain diversity, however, is excellent, with 14 strains in the formulation (mostly Lactobacillus with a few Bifidobacterium strains and a Streptococcus strain). The specific strains are identified, but not the relative concentration of each. Each cap also has 3g of cranberry.The caps are not difficult to swallow. The shelf life is comparable to other probiotics at about a year (the bottle I received in March 2023 has an expiration date of April 2024).Even though the potency level is below what I prefer in a probiotic, I'll still rate the overall value as very good given the low price and that the bottle has 90 caps (with a suggested serving of one cap per day). While the formulation rates 4 stars, my overall rating is 4.5 stars given the good value for the money.

This is a wonderful probiotic for women because, not only does it have 14 different strains of good gut bacteria, but also an added 3,000mg cranberry fruit for urinary health.This product had a good exterior and interior safety seal which gave me peace of mind that it had not been tampered with.This product also has excellent labeling with not only ingredient information but also with several ways to reach out to the company should you have any questions.This product has a long expiration date of 04/2024.As far as price, $8.49 is an amazing price for up to 90 days of gut health.Overall, I am very pleased.5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been a Piping Rock customer for years and normally order from their site directly. I was happy to see this product on Amazon.Although this probiotic says it has 8 strains on the advertisement, it actually has 14 probiotic strains. I decided to order these since I was running out of my regular probiotic and this had the inclusion of cranberry to help with the tinkles.I am very happy with yet another Piping Rock supplement and feel this is a great price for a 90 day supply.
