Great for training or prop
Very sturdy and heavy. Worked great for a prop knife for film. Now I use it for airsoft, which is also great. The only downside is that it is a little thick, but I do not mind.

Does not have the release for removing from a rifle.
The training aid does not have a release after being mounted to a rifle making it be stuck on. This is a very important detail to leave out. 2 screwdrivers are able to get it off with 4 hands.
