You will definitely sleep deeper and maybe have whacky dreams. If you take a multivitamin check the levels of zinc, magnesium, and B6 so you don’t take too much. I’m a very active 65 year old male and I only take two.

Disappointed is this shipment.
Both bottles had significant amount or powder in them. Looked like some of the supplement had been spilled in the bottles on the production line. I was surprised by this because I have ordered this supplement many times and it has always been pristine.

Label lies - Contains Zinc and Magnesium Oxide
The product advertised is not the product I received. The label clearly states that there is no Zinc or Magnesium Oxide. However, in the product I received, it contained the Oxide (like nearly every other ZMA supplement).It's not even worth returning, because it's only 26 bucks, but buyer beware - you're not getting what is advertised.
