Nice Product
Quick elegant solution for my Monoprice IR remote extender which uses 3.5 mm stereo cable. Had a Cat-5e cable wired in the wall and just used two of these to provide the connection on each end. Nice not having to break out the soldering iron.

Good for prototyping.
Worked perfectly for my project, where it would have been difficult to soldier.

They work
The small screws are a bit fiddly to tighten when fighting to keep all 3 wires in there, but it works. Bulkier & not as strong as soldering, but it;s convenient & much more reusable.

Bad and flimsy. The connectors barely hold the wires even when they r soldered
