So far so good
I was initially a little hesitant in purchasing this item as there were no prior reviews but I bit the bullet and decided to give it a try. Well I have started using it today and so far I have only pros:1. Great footprint as it is a neat and compact device , not taking up much space2. I like the user interface very modern3. I like the fact that it has a 2 tier steaming system so I can steam 2 different things at once even if they have different cooking times.4. The blender purées really well- no chunks noted in smooth purées5. It has a self sterilising feature.6. It comes with an extra rubber for the base of the blender!7. It prepares both meat and vegetables/fruits (I havent prepared any meat just yet so cannot comment on how well the meat is cooked)In conclusion so far so good. I will update if anything changes!Update: I have been using it to steam and purée things since purchased and so far so good!

Lasted 3 months
Thought it was a great product at first. Blender started to cut in and out within a month. I kept with it thinking, this issue would stop but then the blender stopped working completely and the steamer followed not long after. Now its useless

Amazon ignore
Product stopped working after nearly a month of use.Amazon not providing any written warranty to customers before of purchase.Besides of that, they're saying that item can't be replaced or refunded after 30 days of purchase.

Faulty
Great steamer but went to use blender and not working. Faulty product.

Poor quality
Parts were made from poor quality plastic. Replacement service is very poor as well.
