This product made my Royal frosting so easy for my cookie decorating this season. Love It!

As a cookier, my usual meringue powder for my royal icing was Wilton. However, the cost has increased drastically and the supply decreased, so I had been unable to obtain it for weeks. I started looking for alternatives. I've tried Judee's and was not a fan, then I tried Genies Dream and had so much color bleed that I ended up scrapping all of the cookies. Then I came across this brand that was actually much cheaper than any I've tried. So I gave it a try and let me tell you, I am impressed! I had ZERO color bleed and I have never been able to achieve the puffiness that I did with this brand! I am sold! I will definitely be switching to Bakerpan.

I made a lot of Royal Icing this Christmas season, and the meringue powder did not disappoint. I just ordered another bag to have on hand.

I made royal icing to put together gingerbread "haunted houses" for my grandsons to decorate. This meringue powder worked perfectly. I am very pleased and will use it again.

This meringue powder is fine, but does impart a grainy texture to royal icing. I also noticed it takes a bit more than some other bags to achieve a stiff piping consistency. The value for the price is good though!

I bought this for a cooking decorating class I was taking. It worked perfectly and allowed the icing to dry nice and smooth. I can't say anything about the flavor really considering it's mixed in with powdered sugar and vanilla. That's what you taste more than the meringue powder. Packaging was great and kept the product nice and fresh. Will definitely buy again.
