if i could give this preworkout an 11/10 i would. this is the best preworkout i have evert taken. the energy is awesome and the pumps are insane. i've been using this daily and my workouts have been the best in years.the ingredients panel is clear and transparent. the mix of ingredients is ideal for someone weight training as my performance, energy and pumps have been crazy good.finally its tastes amazing. this flavour is so good. highly recommended. will be buying again 100%.

The powder is clogged and granulated suggesting something was spilled in it prior to sealing or it was not properly sealed and has taken in moisture

If you look at half the reviews they from customers who received a free tub. It dose give you more energy in the gym but don't last long. Plus it smells like cat wee. Will keep using until ran out and unlike other it's easy to sleep on.

This X10 athletic stim is perfect to get your body and mind firing and ready for your workout , you get 50 scoops in a small compact tub , you could choose to have 25 or 50 servings depending on how much you want to take , I think 50 scoops , 1 scoops per serving , pre workout is sufficient.Packed with important ingredients to give you the boost you need.B vitamins are proven to boost energy and help with muscle building and recovery and this has a lot of different B vitamins in which is good. , I like that it is caffeine and not taurine used in this energy stimulating pre workout too , I've always preferred that.I'll be using this before my warm up and weight lifting routine to give me that extra boost and energy needed to perform them extra lifts.It's not the cheapest at £43 but it is bursting with ingredients proven to boost energy and aid in muscle recovery.I've enjoyed taking it so far , I'll continue to take the whole tub, I have noticed the extra energy it gives me to get through my workout, I'd consider purchasing more in the future, shame it's not a tad cheaper but it's a really good pre workout booster packed full of proven ingredients.

Lots of pre work outs dont work for me!!This 1 either 1 or 2 scoops i get full effect, super strong , same levels as the more expensive mvp , which is also great tho!!

Great taste and great feeling helps with explosive workouts

Opened on receipt and was extremely disappointed.Entire tub was a solid mass, not the powder it should be. Wouldn't recommend. Immediately returned.
